This is based on the ghost icing decorations from the fabulous I am baker blog.

For craft club, I bought some chocolate cup cakes and we iced the ghosts.
If you want to try yourself, the conversion from American measurements for the icing is as follows: 225g of butter 250g of icing sugar 1 jar of Marshmallow Fluff (with the baking stuff in Waitrose and Sainsbury’s) 2 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix all the ingredients together until fluffy.

And this is how it looked once I’d finished:
I’ve used this icing in a piping bag, but we used freezer bags with the corner snipped off.
Just squeeze your ghost shape out and use icing pens for the eyes and mouth
