Paper flowers

I remember making these when I was a child…I think they were called japanese flowers?

You will need sugar paper, a washer and scissors

You will need to cut three different sized circles

Fold each circle three times

Draw a petal shape on the folded circle and cut out.

On the two largest circles, snip the tip of the triangle off so you are left with a hole

Glue a washer in the centre of the smallest circle

Layer the smallest circle on the middle circle, then both these two on the largest

Fold in the petals

Carefully lay on water and watch the flower open
